Ihave two trojan horses on my computer and my anti-virus
can not heal or remove.One is in document and setting\main
user\local settings\temp\update.dat called downloader
keenval.E and the other is in program files\common
files\updmgr.exe called PSW.agent.H.Can you tell me how to
remove them from my computer.

search in here for adware, plenty of apps recommended every few messages. or
just google for the specific names and you'll get instructions as how to
remove. Then install a firewall and run one or (better two) adware programs
every now and then like spybot, ad-aware and so on.
