Viruses in zip java files. Couldn't clean, Deleted. Replace? How?

Hi.
After running a virus check with McAfee, it showed a half dozen viruses in
files that couldn't be cleaned. It said to delete, and I did. I would like to
know if I need to replace these files.
The path, file and description:
(I apologize for the scanty information: Couldn't find a log on McAfee, so
I'm going by memory)
c:\documents and settings\user\. . . ...longfilename.zip
Said it was Java
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time

I think this would be a wrong place to ask this kind of question. If you're
paid subscriber of their antivirus client, you should contact their
technical support for enquiry.

For your question, usually the deleted file has no use for you. If you
really need to replace the files, I believe when you're opening the
application that needs them you'll see a message contains something like
"XXX file is missing".
