Virus Wont Go! Help

My Anti-virus detected a virus called "Backdoor.Berbew.G" but it says "access to the file was denied", it wouldn't quarantine the file either. I was looking around in the Windows website but I didn't find anything for it
Please help I dont know what to do.

Reboot into "safe" mode and rescan.Your A/V should be able to remove it then.
A virus cannot be removed while it is active, in safe mode it won't be.
