File is infected with " could be infected with an unknown virus" virus. The file could not be disinfected.

I can't erase this file? It's supposedly infected by some unknown virus. When I try to erase it, a message telling me "Error Deleting File - cannot delete dashonce.exe: access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use". Please help me. What is this file? How do I get rid of it? Thanks for any help.

Boot to safe mode and then delete it. Scan for viruses/spyware again.

Run either Sypbot Search and Destroy and/or Hijackthis and see what
programs are starting automatically.
