Virus? Outlook Express stuffed. Help!

Hello, my name is Anton and i think i might have a virus.

Symptoms: outlook express sends emails but "cuts off" about a third from the
end and there is a "=" symbol at the end. Also i have norton antivirus 2004
which did not find anything but does not send my mail anymore because it says
i have a virus.
Yesterday norton stopped working for about an hour, it was automatically
closed due to an "unusual error in kernell memory". I also often get errors
with system 32 at starup.

It seems that only outlook express is affected, so i dont know if its a bug,
worm or a virus. Please help if you know whats going on here.
