virus or or curupted systemfiles

hi!!! i have a problem well many xp has some strange info
like :

in system in comtrol panel under the tab where you have
varient if you click there it says

comspec c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
number of processors 1
os NT
path c:\windows\system32;c:\windows\system32\wbem
pathext com;exe;bat;cmd;vbs;vbe;js;jse;wsf;wsh
processor architecture x86
processor identifier x86 family15 model2 stepping2
genuine intel
processor level 15
processor revision 0209
temp c:\windows\temp
tmp c:\windows\temp
windir c:\windows

is this normal if i have a p4 processor 478pin ppga fc-
pga2 stepping D1 (info on processor sSpec# SL6QM)??????

i can't format completely there is still some hidden
files after formating?????

i'm in NTFS but it says i'n in fat????

i lost administrator rights on my hdd????

there is a process thats comming in at boot using my
processor and comming in in with my video card i saw it
with bootvis...............

registery is curupted some value is changed some added???

there is a process called AUTORITE NT\SERICE that
connects at the same time as me and mimes the downloads i
do and creates errors in them like when i download a
trojan scaner i saw than in portlock manager

cpu socket is populated

memory slots = RAS1 ,RAS2 etc..???

i have 4 zipped folders with okb in diffrent parts of
documments and settings???

servers are created on my puter???

i have 8 etehrnet card pluged to mine and 8 monitor plug
to mine and HID devices???

when the slpash screen is there hdd goes crazy reading

system restore dosent work and format and reinstall
dosent work it comes back.......

at the install it configures the installation to control
xp with hosts and to control partition hdd floppy and all.

i have added services and 2 of then i can't shutdown when
i do msconfig are:
1-localisateur d'appel de procedure distante (RCP)
2-appel de procedure distante (RCP)

can you tell me whats going on please help me if i am at
the wrong place can you give me a link to post my problem

Eric - First, as English isn't your first language, you may be more

Second, although I do find your post hard to understand, it sounds
rather like you've been infected with the MSBlaster worm. Although you
say you formatted and reinstalled, if you connected the machine to the
Internet without first applying the patch and without having any
antivirus software installed, you undoubtedly were immediately
reinfected. It only takes a few seconds. Here is a link to information

Additionally, Microsoft has a removal tool on their Windows Update site,
so if possible you should go to Windows Update. If your computer is
infected, the tool will be installed and your computer cleaned.

If this isn't what you wanted and you don't want to post to a
different-language group, then perhaps taking the machine to a good
local computer repair shop is the best solution.
