Virus on site - from webserver

I am at my wits end with this webserver. The site has gotten a virus twice
now. It's been fixed - but each time they loose my front page extensions and
I have to rebuild the site. So now, I have people calling me and telling me
the site has a virus again. I've called the webserver and they say there is
nothing on the site. I don't know what to do. People have totally crashed
and ruined their computers because of this. The gal at the webserver this
time told me to delete the site and reload it. I'm not sure I know how to do
that. Does anyone have any suggestions? The site is www.ncrcha.com

Sorry, but I will not look at the site if it has a virus ;-)

IMO, you need to get a different host if this one is unable to handle
viruses on their server.

Normally from the infected machine of the person uploading the web site ;-)

Actually - Globat told me their server was hacked into and a bunch of sites
got the virus....and then told me since I had never changed my password, my
site was especially vulnerable. My computer does not have a virus - nor has
it gotten the virus off the website. So that is very odd - but I was even
affraid my virus checker was missing something so I took it in and had it
checked and it's clean. It's all way beyond what my brain can process.

I'm moving the site to a new server.
