Virus MS32DLL.dll.vbs

My computer have virus DS32DLL.dll.vbs. when I scan it with AVG it is ok. but when I click on Drive C: it can't open and it send message ( Can't find script file "C:/DS32DLL.dll.vbs").
How can I delete it and? And How can I open drive c: normal?
