Virus in my regloadr.exe File!!

Norton found 2 viruses it could not remove on my
computer. One of them was called W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AO and
it is in my regloadr.exe file. Not removal or quarantine
works, so I am infected and know not how to proceed.

The other virus is quarantined in my winhlpp.32.exe file;
it is the same virus. If anyone can help me, I will
appreciate it.

Hi Craig,

End the processes via the Task Manager, remove the run keys and the .exe's
in Windows.
