Virtual memory

Windows xp home edition virtual memory is low keeps
popping up. It happens at different times with different
programs. example everything is closed and I was just
starting up windows internet explorer to log on to the
internet and virtual memory low popped up I checked in
task manager for the processes and the idle time was 93
the only thing else that was running was a screen saver
that I have installed that only changes the picture on my
desktop once a day. I installed 512memory along with the
256 I already have but this problem is still not fixed.
What else should I look for??

Also turn OFF System Restore:
Right click My Computer > on the System Restore Tab > check Turn Off System
Restore on all Drives, Reboot. You can enable System Restore once you have
clean up all the Sypware.
