virtual memory setting

Dear All,

I have a question about virtual memory setting. My
computer has 768 MB memory installed and the actual
maximum usage for me is 350MB (checked from task manager).
To improve the performance, how should I set the value of
virtual memory? Thank you very much for your help!

Some say 1.5X's more than physical RAM. Others say
2.5X's.
When you go into the pagefile settings "Change" page,
there's a "Recommended" size listed that varies per how
much RAM you have installed. So Windows will help you
out. It's a good minimum for most.
