Before changing system settings that may give problems later, try
deleting the web cache files from your PC. A corrupted cache file can
result in low virtual memory errors.
Download FP Cleaner from http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and
with FrontPage closed, run the routine that deletes the hidden web cache
files. Also delete the hidden temporary files.

If this makes no difference, then

Right click My Computer and choose Properties
Advanced tag
Click Performance Settings
Advanced tag
Click Change button
Then, either
Select "System Managed Size" which will automatically adjust the paging
file to whatever is needed.
Or
Select Custom
The maximum size required is usually 1.5 times the RAM in the PC - this
is the Recommended value at the bottom of the Window.

Then click Set, click OK, and OK out of the dialogues.
Restart the PC.
