Virtual memort too low

How can I solve the problem of "Virtual memory is too
low" on my computer?
(It might be because of too much memory in paging files?)

The first thing you should do is make sure that you have
at least 512MB of RAM. RAM is cheap so this is a good
starting point. Virtual Memory is the same as Pagefile.
The two terms are used interchangeably. I have mine set to
a start of 150MB and a top of 1500MB. You can start out
with "system managed size" though. go>start\control
panel\system\advanced tab\performance-settings
button\advanced tab and virtual memory is down the bottom.
click the change button and away you go. Keep smiling.
