Virtual Maching hell in mean help

I am having problems accessing websites using Java Virtual Machine. On
website I need for work only supports Microsofr Vrttual machine. When I
try and install the upgrade I get a message that it will only update an
existing version. Apparently I have no virtual machine loaded on my
computer (XP). When I go into IE 6 advanced options there is no place to
check Microsoft VM

Perform the following:

Download & install MS Virtual Machine Build 3805.
Then visit the Windows Update website to obtain the
security updated version (Build 3810).

You can get the real Java from www.java.com .
If it truly does not work with anything but MS Virtual Machine then I am
sure Sun Microsystems the creaters of Java will not be happy to hear that.
Microsoft and Sun Microsystems have been in court for years over it.
