Virtual disk or CD

Wasn't there a program that allowed you to 'define' a virtual CD or disk
which is actually just a portion of a hard drive? Seems to me I recall
something like that but forgot the name (and of course the link!)

There are many...Daemon Tools, Paragon, Alcohol 120%, Nero, et al.
Daemon Tools is free.

SUBST command (open command line)

SUBST /?

C:\>subst /?
Associates a path with a drive letter.

SUBST [drive1: [drive2:]path]
SUBST drive1: /D

I use Hekko from http://www.circleofone.com/ . They seem to have changed the
name to Circle Virtual CD.
