I am looking for a virtual cd software (free (?)) to mount an ISO to. I also need to be able to share the virtual cd on the network like and share folder would be.

Yes. I feel I'm chacing my tail right now. Most of the software will mount
an ISO as a virtual cd but will not allow me to share it on the network.

I know (just tried and verified) that the first and the last application I
specified allow you to share the drive on a network just like any other
physical drive - through Windows itself.

1/3 of the products I listed. ;-)

The other two are definitely network shareable (as I just posted in another
response elsewhere in this conversation.)

I recommend the other two highly over anything else. The latter I did not
discobver until I started moving more machines to Vista - and it is from a
company that makes really nice CD/DVD products... IMHO
