Viewing Web with Browser

I have created a web in FrontPage, and set up IIS to allow me to view it with
Internet explorer, but when I try to view it I get an error saying I am not
authorised to view this Page." HTTP401.3 Access denied by ACL on resource
IIS".
I tried to set up permissions in front page but the Tools\ Security tab is
greyed out.
I can find nothing in the Help files to show me how to do this can anyone
help.

Suggest you post to the IIS newsgroup as that is not a FP related issue.
