Viewing the content folders under the temp internet files

Norton Antivirus has found a threat file in one of the
content folders in my temporary internet files. I cannot
view these content folders and deleting the temp internet
files does not remove the files. Can anyone tell me how to
configure the folder options to be able to see the
subfolders under temporary intertnet files. I am using
Windows XP home edition.

In the Control Panel> Folder Options, under the View Tab scroll down to
Hidden Files and Folders and click the option for View Hidden Files and
Folders. Apply> ok. You may need to reboot.
