Viewing ressource plan

Hi

Does anybody know if it is possible to view the plan for a ressource i
outlook, without making a new apointment?

My problem is that i want to use it as a tool for planning and booking a
ressource (konference-room).

you can either add it to a new meeting and close the meeting form when
finished. You can also create a group schedule for it - its on the Actions
tab when in the Calendar in later versions.
