Hi,

I'm Using PhotoShop 6 and saving my pictures as jpg's, but recently when I
save any new pictures although I can see them in my images folder I can't
bring them into my page because they're not 'available' (if that makes
sense)........ Is there a simple way to fix this?

Are you importing them into your current open FP web / site via the FP
import command? If no, you need to.

Do not save directly into a FP web using other applications or Windows
Explorer.

Im working on a live page, does that have an affect? Sorry, I forgot to
mention that.

I am using the 'get picture'.........What is the 'FP import command' ?

What do you mean about saving using 'other' or Windows Explorer? I'm only
using FP but live.......

In your live web always First use File Import (select you images to import them inside of your web)
Then use the Insert Picture and browse ONLY w/i your FP web

- otherwise you are linking to an image not in your web and no one will ever see it

Ok, still should import using the File Menu | Import command to get the
image into your web then insert them on your page from within the web.

Also, check the option that you are using in PhotoShop when saving the
images. I have run into issue with PhotoShop images in the past that I could
not open in other applications, instead I had to view them in IE, the copy
to the other application. I have never been able to figure what setting in
PhotoShop causes this problem.

What image file format did this happen in? Curious...since I've managed to screwup a zillion things in PS and FP and never ran across this prob.
