Viewing Appointments in Day/Week/Month View

Donna Rummery

I am unable to view appointments, both active and reoccuring in
Day/Week/Month view but I can view them in Category view. Can you please
advise how I can rectify this problem.

I appreciate any assistance you can give me.

Kind regards

This is a known issue when you sync with a handheld device. If you use
exchange server the admin can install a fix but we're still waiting for a
fix for the standalone outlook users.

Thanks Diane. Any idea when a fix will be available for standalone outlook
users?? In the meantime, does it mean I have to individually re-enter
everything?? Also, how can I prevent this from happening again?

I await your reply.

Kind regards

Donna

there should be a fix released eventually... in the meantime, check the
forums for your device and see if the users have found a workaround. One
which seems to help iphone users is setting an end date for every recurring
appointment. I don't know if this works for other devices though.
