Viewing another persons calendar - not entire mailbox?

B

Hello,

I believe I'm going about it wrong. I'm running Exchange 2003 and Office
2003. In Outlook, I right clicked on the calendar and went to sharing. I
selected who I wanted to be able to view and edit. I want the granted user
to always be able to see just the calendar (and contacts for some) when they
open outlook as a folder. When I opened the granted users outlook profile,
I added the original users account. Now I see their entire mailbox,
contacts, calendar, etc. Can someome let me know the correct way to do this
so I only see the calendar - always visible so they don't have to open it
every time?

Thanks!!

If you are just sharing the calendar and contacts you should use Delegates
in Tools, Options. In Outlook 2003 the shared calendars will be listed under
"Other [folder_type]" or just can add them to your profile as a second
mailbox - open your Exchange profile and go to More Settings, Advanced tab.
