I would llike to print "Attachments:" in my email header, to have record that
my email actually went out with an attachment. Other users of Microsoft
Office (newer versions) here in my office have this capability. Is this
available in the 2002 version of Outlook, Windows XP?

Isn't the fact that the attachment can be seen in your Sent Items folder
enough?

No - for hardcopy purposes, I need to print and file proof of my emails, and
then delete the orginal email to save server space.

in that version I think you need to use RTF formatting to see the attachment
icon. But its better to upgrade to a version that supports it.
