Viewer for ictures hang-up

When opening a bitmap, jpg or other picture by double clicking the file, it
does not appear. However, the "photosnapviewer.exe" starts in the background,
eating up cpu and memory! You have to terminate the program by taskmanager.

Opening the file with rightmousebutton and PREVIEW, does start the
photoviewer without problems.

Seems like a build5728 bug to me.

Update:

Also when doubleclicking a TIF file, as attachment in my Outlook 2007, this
happens. Doing a preview with rightmousebutton works ok. (This emails are
faxes send to our smallbusiness server).
