ViewCtl properties. HELP!

Hi,
I am doing a application which can export Microsoft Outlook email data. I am using ViewCtl component. However, i am only able to get the email subject by code 'ViewCtl.selection(1)'. I wish to get other information, such as email date, email time, sender, etc.
Anyone expert in this pls help!
