View Clients Desktop Remotely

Although i feel it may be slightly unethical i want to
monitor the activity of my users.

I know thier are a few pieces of third-party software that
alow you to view a clients desktop in real-time from the
server however these usualy require an IP to establish a
link, as we are opperating on DHCP this is no good, is
thier any configuraton of Active Directory or Terminal
Servies within windows 2k that allows you to view a
clients desktop without them knowing?

All help on this would be appreciated.

You can use Remote Control from TS Admin, but it doesn't
work from the server, you must be in a TS session. There
are settings so users are not informed nor prompted to
accept the connection.
I've found that the client screen "blinks" when you
connect, but if they are not familiar with remote control
they won't know what happened.
