View BCM Tasks

We attach Tasks to our Business Contacts to schedule follow-up activities.

These tasks used to appear in the Outlook Tasks view but recently
mysteriously disappeared. New tasks appear in Task view but older ones don't.

We can still view these Tasks in schedule order using the Business Tools ->
Reports, but that is less satisfactory.

How can we resynchronize the Tasks view with Business Contacts tasks? How
do we ensure that each person sees their assigned tasks? Is this documented
anywhere?

My guess is the view you are using is filtered. Change the view or modify
the filter on the current view.

No, no filters. And newly-entered Tasks show up.

Jonathan,
So you mean that tasks that were assigned to staff via the BCM|Create a Task
no longer appear as a task assigned to that person. I understand they're
'there' in the db because they appear in a Report. Do these old/missing tasks
open? Can you check that an old/missing task is 'still' assigned to that
person. Did you recently share the DB, or what is the event that triggered
this change, if you suspect something. I'm thinking you might have shared
the DB and that the same mechanism that stop auto-linking of email when you
share a DB is at play here.
