Videos will not delete

I have a few MPEG videos that I am done with that I cannot
get to delete. I cannot delete the whole folder or the
indivudal files. when I try to delete the indivudal files,
it just dosent do anything. Help?

Try logging in under safe mode or as a different user with Administrative
rights
