Video Memory using system on Vista64

I have 2 GForce 8800 GTS card each with 640mb of memory on them. I have 4gb
of physical memory. But when I goto my display settings I get this.

GPU processor: GeForce 8800 GTS
ForceWare version: 169.25
Total available graphics memory: 2431 MB
Dedicated video memory: 640 MB
System video memory: 0 MB
Shared system memory: 1791 MB
Video BIOS version: 60.80.20.00.02
IRQ: 0
Bus: PCI Express x16

System video memory: 0 MB
Shared system memory: 1791 MB

IRQ: 16
Bus: PCI Express x8

Why is windows sharing system memory when I have 1280mb total from my two
cards? Is there a way to change the shared to "0"?

Thanks,

Thor

not to my knowledge and you don't have to.
there is however an MS Hotfix that does something with shared memory in
relation to videocards.
You could try a search om the MS site
