video keyboard crash?

Hi, I have a major problem with my desktop system. Last night I was
going to watch a DVD so I popped it into the DVD player on the desktop.
I believe it was the MS WinDVD or something like that. I click on play
and the screen went BLANK. I noticed that the keyboard light was no
longer on. At that point I rebooted and no video or keyboard. So this
morning I was using my laptop and was able to access my network on the
desktop. How do I go about getting my video and keyboard working?

Thanks, Tim

Check you BIOS settings, correct and save new settings if necessary. If that
doesn't fix it, remove and insert the video card. If that doesn't fix it,
then your motherboard probably needs to be replaced.
