video driver

im having problems with video driver loss.
i install the drivers everything works fine.
if i ever have to reboot the video card forgets the
drivers and reverts to vgasave, i then have to reinstall
and everything works fine. ive removed the card reseated
it,
reinstalled and still if i ever reboot or shutdown, it
automatically reverts to vgasave and i have to reinstall
the drivers.. help,,

Have you changed the BIOS settings to enable the video
card and disable the onboard vga?
