Video Driver!

Hi, i am trying to install a driver for Nvidia GeForce fx 5200 AGP 128 Mb Video Card, now my mother board has AGP. i am trying to install the driver i can't do it Win 2000, Win XP pro either.!!!!!! my Mother board is ELpina i think it is little bit old maybe 4-6 years old. and one more the troubleshoting sias
"the device cannot start (code 10)
whats that means????

I just made a research on this. Code 10 is a device driver problem.

This problem sounds like a Hardware compatibility problem. Try the
following measures.

1. Update your motherboard Chipset drivers from the motherboard
manufacturer's website.
2. Try reinstalling the AGP slot driver from your motherboard setup CD.
3. Update your Windows with the latest Service Pack from Microsoft.

This should most probably solve your issue.
