Recently my video card started to have problems, i.e. drivers are no longer recognized. So I went and got a new card, needed to upgrade as it was. The card is a GeForce 6600, brand new and I am using the drivers off the disk. Now everytime I try to install new hardware, it stops, doesnt install a thing and gives me this...

What does that mean? How do I fix it?
I have tried to use the System Restore Feture, but for some reason, my machine has also decided to delete all past restore points... please help!
