Camera Canon MV3i Digital Video Camcorder

Problem: Everything on the computer and the camera seems to be working but when I try to download to the computer I get the message:

"Unable to switch to Capture Mode. Failed to Build a preview graph"

The numbers 15001:33:1
and 15203:4:21 appear

Connection Firewire 1394

The camera is activated by the software on the PC and the tape runs but no picture appears on the computer and the video does not download

On the camera screen the picture does show as the tape runs
The letters DV In show on the camera screen.

I need help with this please

Have you looked at the capture source settings in Ulead?

Make sure the firewire/camera capture source is enabled.
