VIA bus master IDE driver

is not working - every time I restart my computer it
identifies new hardware and then cant find the driver.
I tried installing the VIA 4in1, but it doesn't help.

Now I found this article here:

that says there is a problem in SP1, which is my OS. Is
that what's wrong? and if so, why can't I get the
solution from the site? where can I find this fix?
And if not, where do I find the right driver? this is
driving me crazy...

If you read the article, it references specific versions of a file. you can
search for the file, and then look at the properties. If the article is
applicable, (I suspect it is) You can call Microsoft, explain the problem
andif you really need to, reference the article. You will usually be given
the method of obtaining the fix. SP2 may have addressed the problem. (Don't
know)
