Want to run a 19" LCD monitor via VGA and 26"LCD TV via DVI seperately from same PC through a Geforce 6200. Will win XP auto detect which device I am using on startup and configure itself accordingly?
Also since PC is in one corner of room and want 26" in other corner is there a max length of DVI cable before signal degrades (if this happens at all??).
This is for a setup in a small room so how close can you sit to a 26" LCD? It would be roughly at the distance of reclining on futon with legs fully stretched out (I am only 5'7").
This may seem a bizarre setup but I want to be able to work at desk on 19" and sit comfortably on futon to watch DVD's.
Any advice appreciated!
