vertical right bar lost

A secretary lost the vertical right bar in the Windows Explorer in increased
mode.

That appears when one wants to make ravel the files which are more numerous
than the lower horizontal line of the screen.

A suggestion?

Sounds like you are saying the right side scroll bar is not showing. I think
you will find it is actually there, but your monitor settings are set too
wide. There are physical buttons on the monitor to set how wide the display
goes.
