Versions

I have read many posts that have been written concerning new versions but I
have never experienced nary a one. I open by clicking the desktop ikon.
Step 2. Select file
Step 3. Select check for Updates
If there are any given the option to download and install. Never any
problem. I wonder why anyone has any problems? Can any one offer any
suggestions why it works for me but not for all.

It works for lots of folks.

One possibility of course, is that it isn't in fact, working for you. The
way to be sure is to either repeat the file, check for updates again
immediately, or to go to help, about, and hit the diagnostics button and
look for 150/150 (equal numbers are good, two different numbers indicate a
failure.

In any case, this is largely not worth much effort--the update process will
be different in the next version.
