verify username and password in Outlook 2007

Outlook 07 has stopped receiving my mail, and I don't think it is sending it
either.

I get Error 0x8000CCC33 that tells me I need to verify my username and
password. How do I do that?

Do you still get the same error message after that?
Remove the Hotmail account and restart Outlook. After that, add it again via
Outlook Connector-> Add a New Account...
