verify email

I keep getting a popup from the messenger toolbar icon
prompting me to verify my email address with .NET
messenger by responding to the email sent to me by a
messenger source. I've changed computers and probably
deleted any such message I might have received and I have
no message to respond to. I can't find a way to address
this, to get another email sent to me or just disable the
annoying popup. Any suggestions?

You can't disable it, and you really should verify your e-mail address. Since you no longer
have the e-mail, simply ask Passport Services for a new one:
