.vcf FILE NOT IMPORTED COMPLETELY

When I import a .vcf file to my outlook contacts only the "first contact" is

That's all Outlook will import for Outlook 2003 and earlier (I con't know
about Outlook 2007 and I'm not near it to check). Outlook expects one
contact per vcf file. You could buy an application that will do the job,
however.

However, what sort of application would be appropriate? I remember I had
used this same file to somehow convert it to an excel file around a couple of
months back and somehow import ALL the contacts to outlook. Actually my cell
has crashed and I badly need the conacts back.
