Vbulletin phpBB lookinf for a freware one like these

I am looking for a freeware programs that creates a web forum and host it
for free that is good & like Vbulletin & phpBB. So which one would you guy
reccommond that is easy to use for a beginger.

I used YaBBSE from <http://www.yabbse.org/>. I never used any such thing
before and found it quite easy to set up. The program itself won't offer
you any hosting, you will need a host which offers PHP to use it.

There are also some service which offer you a complete forum including
hosting for free, but you should probably search for them rather in
then here.
