VBScript Files Open With Notepad

Recently noticed that all my VBScript Files open with
Notepad. Don't know what should change the
"Open With" to so such script files execute as should.

Noticed this recently when tried to run Kelly's Korner
script for deleting disabled msconfig startup items.
Was okay few days ago and have no idea what went
wrong. All checks for spyware, anti-virus or other
problems all ok. Any help would be appreciated.

and didn't think to just check for file association fixes.
