VBR file...I was once helped on this 1 year ago!

I wish to create a file with extension, (".vbr"), so that when I hit a
shortcut key, my sign-in screenname..."flkulchar" will automatically be
entered without having to type it!

A while ago, I had this file created, with the file itself stored on my
desktop...I needed only to invoke the shortcut key strokes...and my
screenname would be entered...although the VBR file was stored in the Windows
directory.

Can someone, please again, list for me the explicit instructions to be
typed???
I believe the file was composed either in the NOTEBOOK program...or, the
NOTEPAD program?

Pls., again, kindly RSVP.

Thanks,

FLKulchar

PS: My original was lost 2 weeks ago in a virus (now, fully fixed).
