VB References Objects clarity

When opening the VB Editor from Access; and then going to Tools - References
- am looking at a long list of References. Begins with "Visual Basic for
Applications" and ends with "ZF-FedEx Library"

only the first 4 boxes are checked:

Visual Basic for Applications
Microsoft Access 10.0 Object Library
OLE Automation
Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.1 Library

Not sure if this is correct for Access2003? I would suppose this is machine
specific and not Database Application specific...??

What is the point of reference for determining if one has/needs the correct
references??

Am confused on the point of reference on this situation. i.e. a Microsoft
document? How does one know that if it is Access2003 it should be 11.0
Objects Library?

I see alot of Access apps that are put in Access2000 file format because it
is relatively generic to many of the desktop versions out there today.... not
sure what the Object Library/References should be in this case.

I like Access and have several reference books - but this particular point
is very hazy for me. If someone can point me to a source of enlightenment in
this specific arena it would be welcomed.

thanks
