VB.Net Resource Kit

I installed the VB.Net Resource Kit from the package I had downloaded some
time ago. It extracted into the directory c:\vbrkit ok and installed into
the directory c:\program files\Visual Basic .NET Resource Kit succesfully.
However, I can't seem to find the .exe file to start it. All I can find is
the Welcome Page.exe which brings up a web page but doesn't seem to go
anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Dennis, there is no exe to run, it is all via a dynamic webpage. you
need either IIS installed locally or download and run Cassini. Then
look for welcome.aspx (i think that is the name)
