VB.Net 2003 Standard Microsoft Development Environment Error

Hey All,

I can attach to an Access DB - no problem. I can see the connection in
Server Explorer. When I try to click and open the treeview such as Tables,
Views, or Stored procedures, I get the error.

Error Details:
An unhandled exception has been caught by the VSW exception filter.

Error Signature:
AppName: devenv.exe AppVer: 7.10.3077.0 ModName: msjet40.dll
ModVer: 4.0.8618.0 Offset: 00041f31

VB.Net 2003 Standard, WinXP Pro w/all patches. Access db was created with
Access 2000. (Perhaps this is the culprit. The same db works fine on a Win
2k Pro system.) I did a repair of VB, deleted the connection and created a
new one, checked for any updates and the error persists

Anyone else seen this error?
