VB Express Install Problem

I have downloaded VB Express 2005 and there is no new program listed under
Start, Programs. When I look in the path I see:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Visual Basic 2005 Express
Edition Beta - English\install.exe"

which only allows repair and remove so I know it is installed but I cannot
see how to open it up. What did I miss?

Just a note that it shows up in add/remove programs and reports that it was
installed successfully after the installation is finished. Still no program
in the startment and I cannot locate the .exe to run it...
