VB editor will not work in Outlook - any ideas?

VB editor works fine in Excel, but I cannot get into the macros or VB editor
for Outlook, using either the menu or the shortcut keys. I have previously
been able to access this, but now I can't - nothing was changed in between,
but I have since tried "repairing" Office with no improvement. Any
suggestions?

In OL 2003 you can try click on ?->Info->Deactivated Elements and
activate the VBA-Addin.

If that doesn't help then I´d de- and re-install the VBA support from
your Office-CD.
