Validate Data in VBA "How to get lost focus cell address"

I'm firing an "Worksheet_Change" event in my excel worksheet but I want to
know how I can trap the cell or row that lost the focus if I change the data
in cell C5 and then hit TAB I get D5 as the active cell. the "Target" only
returns the value of that cell but how can I get the address?
